Reveille imports and maintains bar stock of 4140H and 4145H steel, so subs can be manufactured to client specification at short notice rather than waiting on an import cycle.

Drilling & downhole
Drill stem subs, casing crossovers, side-entry subs, float subs, UBHO subs, bit subs, saver subs, lift subs and top subs — manufactured and repaired to grade.

Flanges & connections
Manufacture and modification of flanges and ring grooves across a range of types and sizes.

Well completion tools
Manufacture, repair and modification of oil drilling and well completion tools and associated services.

Mud pumps & wellheads
Manufacture, refurbishment, repair and modification of pump modules (mud pumps), wellhead modification and Xmas trees.

Pressure & flow control
Manufacture and repair of wellhead, pressure-control and flow-control equipment, including repair and modification of spools, flanges and BOP test stumps.

Mandrels & general machining
Metal and Teflon drift mandrels; general machining including drilling, tapping and milling; machining and repair of marine shafts and keyways; dimensional and conformity inspection.
