Scope of work
From raw pipe
to rig-ready
- Threading of casing and tubing — BTC, LTC, STC, EUE and NUE — and line pipe up to 20″, plus proprietary premium thread forms
- Threading of drill pipe, heavy-weight drill pipe (HWDP) and drill collars
- Re-threading and remedial repair of damaged pin and box connections, reducing asset discard rates
- Skimming and thread-profile restoration on worn casing and tubing
- Fabrication of pup joints in various lengths and grades as part of the same threading run
- Manufacture of crossovers, casing couplings, flow couplings, blast joints and float shoes/collars

Nothing is released on appearance. Every connection is measured against a calibrated API working gauge and documented.

A maintained inventory of calibrated API working gauges and thread profile templates, plus non-destructive testing equipment for total quality assurance.

Heat-number tracked material
Strict heat-number tracking and grade verification on every component, 100% dimensional inspection of thread lead, taper, height and standoff, and QC reports, torque logs and Material Test Certificates issued with the deliverable.
