Scope of work
From raw pipe
to rig-ready
- Threading of casing and tubing — BTC, LTC, STC, EUE and NUE — and line pipe up to 20″, plus proprietary premium thread forms
- Threading of drill pipe, heavy-weight drill pipe (HWDP) and drill collars
- Re-threading and remedial repair of damaged pin and box connections, reducing asset discard rates
- Skimming and thread-profile restoration on worn casing and tubing
- Fabrication of pup joints in various lengths and grades as part of the same threading run
- Manufacture of crossovers, casing couplings, flow couplings, blast joints and float shoes/collars

What pipe sizes can you thread?
Casing, tubing and line pipe up to 20″ outside diameter, together with drill pipe, heavy-weight drill pipe and drill collars.
Which thread forms do you cut?
BTC, LTC, STC, EUE and NUE, plus proprietary premium thread forms and rotary-shouldered connections.
Which grades do you handle?
J55, K55, N80, L80 and P110.
Can a damaged connection be re-cut rather than scrapped?
Yes. Re-threading and remedial repair of damaged pin and box connections is routine work here, along with skimming and thread-profile restoration on worn casing and tubing. It is normally far cheaper than discarding the joint.
What documentation comes with the work?
Every connection is measured against a calibrated API working gauge and documented. Heat-number traceability is maintained and mill test certificates are issued.
